What are the payment options?

We accept all VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, etc. For Chinese customers, we also have the option for WeChat Pay and Alipay.

What is your return policy?

Contact our customer service if your shipment is damaged or you receive a wrong or faulty product. We will arrange for a replacement immediately at our cost.

How long does the shipment take?

It depends on your distance from us. If you order from the Asia-Pacific region, it can take within 7 days. If you live outside the region, it can take up to 14 days. You can always trace your shipment via the tracking number sent by email.
